Good Faith Exam
Your Safety Comes First!
This is a REQUIREMENT! Because all of the products used by The Wrinkle Wrangler are considered medications and ALL medications are subject to potential risks and side effects, it is essential and REQUIRED for all clients to receive a Good Faith Exam prior to receiving any treatments.
Just like any on-site spa injectors, The Wrinkle Wrangler works alongside Physicians and Mid-level practitioners such as Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in order to provide service for you and insure you are healthy enough to receive treatment.
The Good Faith Exam is a VIRTUAL exam and is done in the comfort and privacy of your home. It is just a few simple questions to ensure you do not have any medical conditions that prevent you from receiving neuromodulators. There will be a one-time fee of $40 and the exam is good for one year. You will receive a certificate following the exam and I will guide you through the simple process at the time of your consultation so don’t be nervous!
